Self-Pay Rate
As of January 1, 2026 Empowered Therapy CLE will not be contracted with any insurance plans and all therapy services rendered will be self-pay only. ​

For out of network (OON) clients: At your convenience, I can provide an itemized Super Bill every month. Per the discretion of your insurance provider. you can submit this bill for potential reimbursement of services.
Self Pay:

Intake session: $175
60 minute session: $150
90 minute session: $180

Couples session:
Intake: $200
60 minute session: $150
​
Private yoga or relaxation session:
30 minutes: $60
60 minutes: $80
80 minutes: $105
90 minutes: $125
